NOS 1970 Monte Carlo Steering Wheel Horn Shroud Button Center Bar Cap 70 SS454
Here is an extremely rare NOS green steering wheel horn shroud for 1970 Monte Carlo models. This comes with the original box with original GM part number 3972693 on it. This is NOS and has never been installed.
It looks beautiful, but it is not perfect as it has some minor cosmetic flaws that are visible upon closer inspection. The most noteworthy is a small scratch/scuff in the top center area, which I tried to capture in the photos. If you are expecting perfection, please move on. However, if you want a beautiful OEM shroud that will set off a special 1970 Monte Carlo, then this shroud is for you. If you have seen the reproduction burlwood inserts, you know they look off and stick out like a sore thumb. Included is a used center emblem as shown.
